The Tools Library
This library is a collection of tools I built through real seasons of life. Throughout moments of burnout, rebuilding, clarity, and recalibration. Each tool began with personal use, then evolved through observation, tracking, and patterns I saw repeated across clients.
Over time, those lived insights were paired with studies in behavior, movement, and data science to refine what actually supports clarity, consistency, and intentional change.
These tools are not meant to be followed blindly. Use what fits. Adapt what doesn’t. Combine them in a way that supports your life.
The goal isn’t to copy my system — it’s to build one that actually works for you.
Explore the System by Area
The tools below are organized by the main areas of life that tend to shape our days — how we see ourselves, how our bodies function, the environments we move through, the patterns we repeat, and the goals we’re working toward.
You don’t need to understand everything at once. Start with the area that feels most relevant right now.

Want support using the system?
All of the tools in this library are free to explore at your own pace. You can move through them independently, adapt what fits, and build something that works for you over time.
If, however, you find yourself wanting help interpreting what you’re seeing — more structure, accountability, or guidance applying the system in real life — that’s where I come in.
This work is something I care deeply about. It’s been shaped through years of lived experience, client patterns, and data-informed refinement. When we work together, my role isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to help you see clearly, connect the dots, and use the system in a way that actually supports your life or your work.
If you’re looking for support using this framework more intentionally, there are ways to work with me inside the Optimization Lab.
