You've got Questions, I've got Answers!

Isn’t alchemy a New Age or occult practice?

Great question. Historically, yes — the word alchemy has roots in mysticism and was later co-opted by New Age philosophies. But I don’t use the term in that context at all.

I believe in redeeming language when it helps us point people back to Christ.

For me, alchemy represents the process of divine transformation — ashes to beauty, brokenness to purpose, striving to surrender. It’s not magic, it’s sanctification. The power isn’t in the practice — it’s in the presence of Jesus.

Why not just use the word “transformation” or “sanctification”?

I do use those words — and I teach them deeply. But many women I serve are coming out of high-performance lifestyles or spiritual confusion. They’ve heard the word transformation a hundred times and are still stuck.

When I say alchemist, it catches their attention. It makes them pause.

And in that pause, I get to explain what true transformation looks like:
Not self-help.
Not hustle.
Not manifestation.
But surrender to the Refiner — Christ Himself.

Aren’t you afraid this word will confuse people?

I take clarity very seriously — especially when it comes to truth. That’s why I’m always transparent about my story:

I once was drawn to counterfeit power — through self-help, New Age, and striving. But none of it healed me. Only Christ did.

So when I use the word “alchemy,” I define it clearly:

Biblical alchemy is the process of divine transformation through fire, surrender, and refinement by the Holy Spirit.

I don’t blend Christianity with other belief systems.
I replace confusion with clarity.
And I invite women into truth.

Do you still believe in New Age practices?

No. I completely renounced New Age and spiritual self-reliance when I surrendered my life to Jesus. My life, my message, and my coaching are now fully rooted in Scripture and guided by the Holy Spirit.

I don’t practice manifestation, energy work, astrology, or anything that elevates self as the source of power.

Jesus is my source. Scripture is my foundation. The Holy Spirit is my guide.

So what does it mean that you are a modern alchemist?

It means I help women:

  • Take off the masks and roles they’ve worn for too long

  • Bring their stress, pain, habits, and patterns to the feet of Jesus

  • Walk through the refining fire — not around it

  • Rebuild from a place of wholeness and holy identity

I don’t create transformation. I co-labor with the One who does.
That’s the difference.
